Anti-Police Policies and Soft on Criminals

Our law enforcement has been under assault while criminals have been protected.

Those are both stated policies of the Communist Party.

The Police Accountability Act

Police Accountability Act

With a focus on de-escalation, officers may hesitate in split-second life or death situations.

With immunity gone and a new imspector general waiting to try cases, our police have to consider investigations, body cams, civilian review boards and use of force scrunity before acting in high risk situations.

Highest Rate of Hate Crimes

Law enforcement officers need protected status under the Hate Crimes law. No other profession is routinely threatened, assaulted, bit, spit on, sworn at, flipped off, doxxed, retaliated against, ran over, shot at, stabbed or killed.

Trust Act

Law enforcement is now restricted from assisting ICE in apprehending and arresting illegal migrants and violent criminals.

CT Criminal Justice Policies are soft on criminals and lite on justice.

Eliminating or greatly reducing bonds allows criminals to be released to the streets.

Courts, judges and public defenders are soft on repeat offenders.

Clean slate laws erase their history of crime.

The Psychiatric Security Review Board

The PSRB is meant to 'ensure public safety throgh oversight of those found not guilty of a crime by reason of mental disease or defect. They oversee the release of the criminally mentally insane. They are failing our citizens and society.

In 2025, the PSRB released Tyree Smith, the cannibal who killed and then ate the eye and brain of his homeless victim, Angel Gonzoles, in Bridgeport.

In  202, the PSRB released Chevaughn Augustin to a lower security facilty with supervised outings into the community. Chevaughn was first sentenced to 40 years at Whiting Forensic Hospital after her near-fatal stabbing of Hartford police officer Jill Kidik in 2018. Jill had to fight the courts for a protective order.

CT banned warrantless arrests & masked ICE agents in courthouses, 2025.

January, 2026, the State is considering an ICE Accountability Act.

One of the most eggregious policies of the State of Connecticut is their Sanctuary State policies that welcomes, protects and supports people who are here illegally. These are not immigrants, who came through proper legal status. Instead, illegal migrants, who were not vetted, broke federal law by crossing our US border, are protected from ICE. They are given free medicaid health insurance, housing, cash assistance for 'refugees', drivers licenses and education. It is likely they are also given mortgages and other hidden assistance. Connecticut is refusing to give it's data to the federal government, claiming privacy concenrns (laughable-see privacy violation page).
