Team Analyzing Data

The State of Connecticut is violating your rights to medical privacy and informed consent!

The State of Connecticut's Office of Health Strategy (OHS), the Department of Public Health (DPH) and the Workers Compensation Commission (WCC) are violating medical record privacy rights. No one should have access to your health care data- especially the government- unless you authorize it! Whistleblower complaints go unanswered!

OHS-ConnieCT  & Your Full Medical Records
The CT Office of Health Strategy mandated all licensed healthcare providers to electronically share your full medical records to their cloud/data center. This cloud is called the 'health information exchange' and it is integrated into EPIC and it connects to other global health information exchanges. There are poor guarderails on who can access this, it is highly vulnerable to hacking, and there is no way to track who accessed your data. This was done without requiring  your written informed consent to opt-in. Instead, it is being done without your awareness or permission. If you do not consent to this, you must inform your healthcare providers you do NOT consent to sharing your records (or your children's )AND you must opt-out of ConnieCT here:

DPH-The WIZ & Your Immunization Records
The CT Department of Public Health is collecting and sharing your vaccination status without your concent. The program is called CT WIZ and it automatically mandates your provider to share your immunization record digitally. This is done without your awareness or consent! Your medical records should never be automatically shared with the government without your explicit written informed consent! The statute they passed is in violation of exisiting privacy rights!

If you do not want your (or your children's) medical vaccination records shared there, you must OPT_OUT. Please note, they actually require you to submit proof of identification to opt-out, but not to opt-in. Inform your healthcare provider if you do not consent to this practice and restrict them from participating.

You can opt-out here:

They also offer a "SMART CARD" to store and verify your vaccine records. This is a form of DIGITAL ID. Learn more here:

Workers Compensation & First Responder PTSD Claims
CT Workers Compensation Commission oversees the First Responder PTSD legislation. Workers compensation is federally exempt from HIPAA. The WCC publishes the PTSD status of responders who file workers compensation claims related to qualifying critical event exposures on the job. Complaints regarding violations of mental health privacy rights and request for revisions have gone unanswered.  They have said workers compensation is taxpayer funded, so they need transparency. You know what else is taxpayer funded? Corrections. Inmates have leglislated laws passed that protect THEIR taxpayer funded medical records-but our responders don't. We are working to pass legislation to change this.

The State of Connecticut is trampling upon existing privacy and consent rights and must be stopped.
