CT Governor Lamont gave ALL our private data to Boston Consulting Group

This enormous violation was first reported by Tony De Angelo. He was given this document that reveals Governor Lamont gave every citizen's private information, including social security numbers and banking information to Boston Consulting Group on May 1, 2020. It is released here in full. Did you consent to this? What was done with our data? Were they going to de-bank anyone who didn't comply with the shut down or vax mandates? There is currently a FOIA request in to the Governor's Office for all data related to this violation. It was submited on July 8, 2025, with no reply. A FOIA violation complaint was also submitted.
